Bank of England Museum 2023

The Chairman Derek Wye hosted a visit to the Bank of England Museum and lunch at Brown's in Old Jewry, both venues within the Ward of Walbrook. Over 50 Club Members attended, finding the museum full of fascinating exhibits about the Bank's architecture, its history and the creation of coinage and banknotes. The Hon Sec Tricia Freakes arranged for the Club to have exclusive use of the balcony restaurant at Browns ensuring a very convivial occasion.
